How to order

How do I place an order for curbside pickup?

It's easy! Follow these steps to place your order:

Visit ANBL.com and make a list of the products you want to order (product name and size).

Call 1-877-779-7878, select option 1, and place your order with our friendly representative. They will take your order information and process your payment. Our representative will also provide you with a pickup time slot and an order number.

Orders are accepted Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 9:00pm. Orders placed Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm can be picked up the same day.

Can't get through? Send us your name and phone number to kEncEmailf.dpnnfsdfAbocm/dpn and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to process your order.

Arrive at your store and park in one of the designated parking spaces outside the store. Please remember to bring your photo ID, bank card used when you placed the order, and your order number.

Call the phone number on the sign and let the team know you're there for a pickup. Orders can be picked up between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

An ANBL team member will bring out your order, check your ID, and place the order in your car.

 

Do I have to pay over the phone?
Yes, customers will need to provide information from their credit card, Debit VISA or Debit Master Card over the phone when placing their order. Your privacy is important to us and no credit card information is stored by ANBL.

Can I order online or through email?
You can send us your name and phone number via email to kEncEmailf.dpnnfsdfAbocm/dpn and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to process your order. 

Can I change my order after I make it?
If you require changes to your order, please call 1-877-779-7878, option 1 to arrange for changes. If you’re unhappy with your order, return the product (with your receipt) to the store.

How do I cancel my order?
If you haven’t picked up your order yet and would like to cancel please call 1-877-779-7878, option 1.

Can I call my local store to arrange for curbside pickup?
No, all orders must be placed by calling our 1-877-779-7878, option 1.

 

Can someone else pickup my order?
We recommend customers pick up their own order to secure all aspect of your purchase. However, when placing your order, let the representative know if someone else will be picking up the order on your behalf. This person must be 19+ and have a photo ID.

 

 

Product Information

Are all products available to order through this service?
Most products are available, but selection and quantities will vary by store. Please note:

  • Not all bundle promotions (for example Buy 2, Get 1 Free) are available for curbside pickup.

  • Products exclusive to our EXPÉRIENCE by ANBL store, located in Moncton, are not eligible for curbside pickup. 

 

Although agents taking phone calls and answering e-mails sent to kEncEmailf.dpnnfsdfAbocm/dpn do their best to have products set aside for curbside orders, 100% of fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.

 

What if something isn’t available from my order?
When processing your order, the representative will let you know if a product is available or not at the time the order is being placed. If the product is unavailable when your order is being filled at the store, a representative will make three (3) attempts to let you know by phone. Your credit card will only be charged for the product received.

If I order something from the cold room, will it be cold when I receive it?
We will do our best to keep your cold room products cold. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that products will be cold upon pickup.  

 

 

 

Payments

Is there a fee to pickup my order? 
No, there is no fee to use this services but there is a minimum order of $35.  

I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by e-transfer, gift card, or by debit when I arrive for pickup?
Unfortunately, we’re only accepting credit cards, debit VISA and debit Mastercard at this time. You are welcome to pay with debit or gift card by visiting our stores in person.

Do I get a receipt?
Yes, a receipt will be included in your order.

 

 

 

Pickup

What if I can't make it there for my scheduled pickup time?
Please call 1-877-779-7878, option 1 and our representative will arrange for a new time for you to pickup your order.

How do I notify the store that I have arrived? Is there special parking?
When you arrive at your scheduled pickup time, park in one of the designated pickup spaces outside of the store. Call the phone number on the sign and let the store team know you are there to pickup your order.

What if my order is wrong when I pick it up?
If your order is not correct, please call 1-877-779-7878, option 1 to report the issue.

Can you deliver to my house?
We are not currently offering home delivery.

Can a taxi pickup my order?
Yes. You will need to make any arrangements with the taxi company directly. When placing the order, let the representative know what company will be picking up your order for you.

When will my order be ready?
When you place your order you will be given a pickup time for our representative.

Orders placed between 9am and 3pm can be picked up on the same day (Monday to Friday) before 6pm.

 

Can someone else pickup my order?

Why is this service not available at all ANBL corporate stores?
We understand there is interest from many customers for this service at other corporate stores however, due to resources we are currently limiting curbside pickup to 15 locations.

How are you ensuring ID checks will be completed?
To secure customers’ purchases, everyone will be asked to present a government issued photo ID on the inside of the vehicle’s window. The store team member will conduct the age check at that time.
