There are many variations of Martini’s out there. At times, this classic cocktail can come with more questions than ingredients, dry or dirty, olive or onion, with a lemon twist or without, and of course shaken or stirred? No matter your personal preference a Vodka Martini is a classic.
  • 3 oz Vodka
  • ½ oz Dry Vermouth
  • Lemon Twist for garnish

Pour Ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Squeeze lemon twist over the cocktail, rim the glass with the twist then garnish and serve.

A summer favourite for many, this refreshing treat is fresh and invigorating. Picture yourself relaxing on a patio surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors without a care in the world and a refreshing mule in your hand, now make that a reality.
  • 1 ½ oz Vodka
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • 4 oz Ginger beer

Combine ingredients is a copper mug with ice. Stir well and garnish with a lime slice.

Grand Cosmopolitan


The Cosmopolitan cocktail has been around for some time and with good reason, this cocktail classic features a wonderfully balanced recipe. To shake things up a bit (pun very much intended) give a Grand Cosmopolitan a try.
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1 ½ oz Cranberry juice
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 4 oz Ginger beer

Build in a chilled glass, no need for a copper mug here as you want the colour to shine. Add Vodka, Blue Curaçao, and lime juice to a glass filled with ice. Stir well and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
