At ANBL, we sell products that bring people together to mark life’s occasions. We do so with a commitment to responsibility and giving back to the communities in which we work and live across New Brunswick.

Our role is important; all our profits go back to the Province of New Brunswick, supporting programs and services that enhance the lives of New Brunswickers.

Strong relationships and efficient operations are critical to the development of the liquor industry in New Brunswick.

OUR VENDOR PARTNERS: ANBL also works closely with and values its relationship with multiple additional vendors and ancillary businesses that support our day-to-day operations.

OUR SHAREHOLDERS: ANBL must operate the business responsibly and effectively, generating an important revenue stream for GNB programs and services.

OUR COMMUNITIES: We work, live in, and serve communities across the province. We strive to be a good corporate citizen within those communities, lessen our environmental impact, and support community organizations.


MEET OUR EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM


LORI STICKLES
President & Chief Executive Officer

LORI STICKLES joined ANBL and CNB in October 2018 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2022.

Lori takes a customer focused, people first approach to her work and brings more than two decades of proven senior leadership experience in areas of board and corporate governance, strategy development, financial management and oversight, and people management.

Lori earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UNB in 1990, a Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA, CGA) designation in 2003, and completed her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in September 2023.

When she’s not at work, Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out at the gym, travelling, and hiking or snowshoeing.

CRAIG CLARK
Senior Vice-President of People, Process and Technology

As ANBL’s most senior leader in information technology and human resources, CRAIG CLARK is responsible for a diverse and talented team supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of ANBL and CNB’s business solutions and processes for our head office and retail centres around the province, and for our industry partners. Craig is a results-focused leader who champions talent acquisition, retention and motivation processes and solutions that help harness the power of our most valued asset, our people.

Craig has been helping organizations use enabling technologies to transform their businesses and market-facing strategies for over 20 years. He has held leadership roles at both Irving Oil and McCain Foods Limited, as well as engagements with multinationals across North America through various consulting roles with Oracle Corporation. Craig’s greatest passion is recruiting, developing, and mentoring people to achieve business, team and individual successes.

Born in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Craig holds diplomas in applied IT and Journalism & Broadcasting. Craig’s varied career has taken him all over the world, while continuing to call New Brunswick home.

In his spare time Craig can be found hitting up hiking trails and any activities that get him outside to enjoy our great province in all seasons.

JAMIE LEBLANC
Chief Financial Officer
Senior Vice-President of Finance

JAMIE LEBLANC joined ANBL and CNB in January 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and SVP, Finance. His areas of responsibility include Finance, Corporate Governance, and Business Intelligence.

Prior to joining the organization, Jamie spent a large portion of his career in the energy and utilities sector and held senior roles in areas of finance, energy procurement, construction and general management. Jamie has also worked in the construction, assurance and non-profit sectors and has extensive experience as a witness in front of both national and provincial energy regulators.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He has also completed the Queen’s Executive Program.

Jamie enjoys nature and spends his spare time with his wife at their cottage on the Miramichi river.

ALAN SULLIVAN
Senior Vice-President of Channels & Supply Chain

ALAN SULLIVAN joined ANBL in 2015, working in various roles within the channel group before moving into the role of VP of Channel Sales in 2020, and then into the role of SVP, Channels & Supply Chain in April 2024.

Alan started his beverage alcohol career in 2000 with Corby Distilleries Ltd holding sales positions within the Maritimes. In 2012, Alan took an international transfer to Florida where he spent 3 years, starting as a District Manager moving to Regional Account Manger Southeast USA to National Chain Manager before moving back to his home province of New Brunswick and taking a role with ANBL.

In his current role, Alan is responsible for leading a talented team and channel partners in delivering great customer experiences while bringing value to New Brunswickers. Alan also supports the development of the liquor industry by working on ANBL’s channel strategy. Alan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UNB.

In his free time, you will find Alan doing many outdoor activities from kayaking to four-wheeling to fishing on the amazing Miramichi river. Alan takes great pride in working for ANBL, as it returns 100 per cent of profits back to New Brunswickers.

LARA WOOD
Senior Vice-President of Marketing, Category and Communications

With a varied background that includes brand management, marketing, operations, sales and consulting across a wide variety of industries in both the public and private sectors, LARA WOOD joined Cannabis NB in a senior operations role in 2018 prepared for the challenges of launching a new company in an emerging industry. Since joining Cannabis NB, Lara’s role has expanded to include accountability for Marketing, Category Management, Communications and CSR at ANBL as well.

After starting her career at a tech start up, she moved on to marketing and sales with Kodak, and then to over a decade of eCommerce, brand, marketing and category leadership at Atlantic Lottery. She moved on to an executive consulting role creating marketing, brand and digital strategies for clients across multiple industries and then played a key role in the set-up and launch of a cannabis media start-up based with offices in NB and California before joining Cannabis NB.

Lara lives in Moncton with her husband, son and a very spoiled dog, and enjoys travelling and being a hockey mom.

ERIN FULLERTON
Vice-President of Human Resources

ERIN FULLERTON joined ANBL in 2015. In her current role as Vice President of Human Resources, Erin is responsible for a talented and dedicated group of Human Resource professionals who lead Employee Relations, Talent, Development, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Wellness, Learning, and Employee Engagement.

Erin holds degrees from the University of New Brunswick and St. Thomas University and is a certified Third-Party Neutral through the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with family (usually at a hockey rink or baseball diamond cheering on her two boys), hiking, and camping.

MIKE HARTY
Vice-President of Operations

MIKE HARTY joined ANBL in 2010 and was named the VP Operations in 2020, bringing with him an extensive background in process improvement and operational efficiency.

As VP Operations, Mike leads a team of professionals in the areas of ANBL’s property management portfolio, health and safety, security and business continuity.

Mike is a registered professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton.

Much of Mike’s free time is captured with his children at various sporting events and enjoying the outdoors skiing, biking, kayaking or simply out for a walk.

PAUL HENDERSON
Vice-President of Special Projects & Initiatives

PAUL HENDERSON began his career with ANBL in 2008, in Marketing. Over the past 14 years, he has held leadership roles in every department that makes up ANBL’s value chain. In April 2024 Paul was appointed to the role of Vice-President Special Projects and Initiatives, helping to ensure the advancement of a number of projects outside day-to-day operations that will help set ANBL up for the future.

Paul’s career background is predominantly in the beverage business and retail channel. He has worked in the areas of beverage alcohol, dairy, coffee and soft drinks.

Paul has been married for 38 years and has three grown children. His favourite past times include hockey, football, baseball and playing with his two Shar-peis.
