Safe Ride

ANBL cares about the safety of our communities.

With the goal of getting as many patrons home safely as possible, we add value to local NB festivals by providing safe and free transportation, and on-site promotion of responsible consumption through our Safe Ride program.

This delivers on a key pillar of our Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy and each year we see thousands of people home safely from events across New Brunswick.

We seek committed festival organizers who prioritize the safety of their attendees and the wider community’s road safety. These organizers are essential partners in ensuring the success of Safe Ride.

ANBL’s main objective is making Safe Ride a cornerstone of community safety and responsibility by providing more patrons with a Safe Ride home.

We measure the effectiveness of Safe Ride at each of the festivals we attend. We track the attendance, users of the service, the percentage of patrons using Safe Ride, the number of Safe Ride merchandise given, ANBL staffing hours, volunteer hours and the dollar per passenger investment.

Check out our Safe Ride Scorecard results to see how we’re making an impact.

If you are interested in having ANBL sponsor your event with Safe Ride, you can access our Event Sponsorship Handbook to learn more about the application process.

Be sure to visit our Safe Ride page for a detailed list of participating events and to find out where Safe Ride will be this year.
