WINTER WONDERLAND GIN SPARKLER

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz TANQUERAY GIN
  • 1 oz ST. GERMAIN
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz club soda (chilled)
  • Fresh rosemary sprig or star anise for garnish
  • Optional: edible silver glitter

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a frosted coupe glass and top with club soda.
  3. Gently stir, adding a pinch of edible silver glitter for a shimmering effect if desired.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a star anise.

HOLIDAY COLADA

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz CAPTAIN MORGAN WHITE RUM
  • 4 oz MALIBU RUM
  • 6 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz packed mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 4 oz sugar
  • 8 oz canned coconut milk
  • Sparkling water to taste
  • Pomegranate for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a larger pitcher, muddle the mint leaves in the sugar and lime juice.
  2. Using a strainer, remove the muddled mint leaves (optional).
  3. Fill four glasses halfway full with ice and fill ¾ full with coconut rum mixture.
  4. Top off each glass.

POMEGRANATE APEROL SPRITZ

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz LA MARCA PROSECCO DOC
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz soda water
  • Pomegranate arils, orange slice, and rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, combine pomegranate juice and Aperol.
  2. Add ice and pour in LA MARCA PROSECCO DOC, followed by soda water, stirring gently.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate arils, an orange slice, and a rosemary sprig.

NAME THAT COCKTAIL

  1. In a shaker, combine bourbon, eggnog, and maple syrup.
  2. Add ice and shake gently until chilled.
  3. Strain into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.

HOLLY BERRY SPRITZ MOCKTAIL

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz TORRES SPAIN NATUREO RED
  • 1 oz elderflower syrup
  • 3 oz tonic water (chilled)
  • Fresh cranberries and a sprig of thyme for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a frosted glass, add red wine and elderflower liqueur.
  2. Slowly pour tonic water
  3. Lightly stir, letting the flavors mingle without over-mixing.
  4. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of thyme.

SPICED CITRUS BEER MOCKTAIL

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz KRONENBOURG 1664 BLANC 0.0
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water)
  • Lemon slice and thyme sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, combine fresh lemon juice and honey syrup.
  2. Add ice and pour in KRONENBOURG 1664 BLANC 0.0, stir
  3. Garnish with a lemon slice and thyme sprig.
