Time to Spice Up the Cocktails

The transition from summer into early fall is often met with mixed feelings. All at once we’re saying goodbye to easy breezy summer days as we turn our attention to fall’s cool, crisp evenings and delight in the anticipation of filling our plates and glasses with the bountiful flavours of harvest season.

The cocktails in this feature showcase the best of both seasons.

We’ve kept some of summer’s lighter flavours in the mix while also introducing some darker and spicier flavours that accompany a bountiful harvest season.

The cocktails in this feature mark the start of a brand new season on the horizon for each one of us and we invite you to make them your own as you enjoy the spirit of harvest season.
