Toast To Winter

From Irish coffee with a maple twist to warm and spicy whiskeys with surprisingly delightful flavour profiles (Did someone say banana? How about cinnamon?) - we’re here for it.
Sip them while you’re cozied up fireside or make them at your next weekend gathering with friends – however you decide to enjoy them, they’re a superb way to toast your winter.
Maple Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee
- 2 oz JAMESON CASKMATES IRISH WHISKEY STOUT EDITION 750ML
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Garnish: whipped cream & cocoa powder
Steps:
- Place the brown sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract and maple syrup into a warm Irish coffee glass, mug, or other heatproof glass and mix
- Add the coffee and Irish whiskey
- Stir for 10 seconds
- Add the whipped cream to top
Spicy Banana Whisky Sour
Ingredients:
- 1.7 oz ml Howler Head Whisky 750ml
- 1 oz Fireball 750ml
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
Steps:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Pour all ingredients into the cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds
- Strain into glass & garnish with a banana slice
Fireball Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Fireball 750ml
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 4 dashes of bitters
- Ice
Steps:
- Add ice to a copper mug
- Add Fireball, ginger beer, lime juice and bitters
- Stir for 5 seconds
Minty Mocha
- Fold 1 tsp of mint syrup into 1 cup of whipped cream.
- Brew 1 cup of coffee, and mix in 2 tsp of chocolate syrup and 1 tsp of mint syrup.
- Top coffee with mint whipped cream.
Dalgona Whipped Coffee
- Combine 2 tbsp of each instant coffee, sugar and boiling water.
- Whisk vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture resembles whipped cream.
- In a mug, add 1 cup of warm milk, then top with whipped mixture.
